Currently Linux only supports Token Ring cards based upon the IBM Tropix
chipset
so I would guess that your card will not work (someone will probably follow
on with a
'yes it will' statement soon<g>)
I know that the IBM Auto 16/4 TR works.
If you do find that the Olicom can operate as an IBM card you can try that
but you will probably
loose your promiscuous mode which will make it irrelevant.

I have found a great token-ring adapter from Olicom typ: oc3118(ISA-PnP)
and oc3220(PCMCIA).
I have watched into linux and can't found support for this kinda network
adapter....i must work with this because this brand of adapter supports
promiscuous mode that i need for monitoring/sniffing.
This adapter based on Texas-Instruments TMS380 family chipset.
Is linux support for this kinda network adapter planed or impossible
reasoned by copyleft problem of source code ?
