To fix the pitch black screen

The screen will come on and it works just fine, but there's always a saying that comes up every 5 seconds and it's saying Caution: Screen image may appear reversed. If I touch the screen when it turns pitch black, it goes away, but it keeps coming back 5 seconds later.
