I have Fisher & Paykel GWL08 model washer, it would not spin and drain the water. I put the machine into the Diagnostic Mode by Press & Hold the "Wash Temp Down" then "Power", then I do the Drain Pump Test by press "Regular" the LED is on but the pump is not on (Spin). I go to get the Detailed Fault Codes by press "Spin Speed Up" until the "Slow" and "HOLD" are on. The failure code shown as off off on off off on off on (which is 32+4+1 = 37). So I replaced a new Drain pump, the machine still would not drain the water and failure code is still shown 37 as well. what else could cause this problem except drain pump? [email protected]

Thanks for your attention. I found the problem
which is dust caused the drain pump (overheat).
I clean the drain pump and it work again, there
is something I do not understand is that the
detail failure code is still shown "37". I asked the F&P in CA. they do not like to help anything on problem(s), all they try to say is for authority service people to handle the problem.

Water does not drain in the drain cycle. It is making noise. I have GWL08. Need help unclogging the drain?
