Go to control panel use the utilit system restore, and use the date that you was working good and fix it.
Of course you must RUN the software antiviru+antimalware+m.window update very important.

If the problem persist, restart the computer HOLD the KEY CTRL+key f2 or esc depend of your model, mark, and go to restore factory default, and ready.

God bless you

SOURCE: @ key not working in toshiba laptop

has it ever worked?
it could be that your are pressing the wrong combination buttons or that if its a laptop with a spanish keyboard, the keyboard settings is kind of wrong..

to check if its the keyboard settings, go to control panel and look for something that has to do with lenguaje.. there you can set up the lenguaje you want..

hope that helped..

What is the model number of the dvd/writer in the Toshiba PSLB8U?

Well; there is no real answer to this as computer manufacturers receive a variety of parts. The easiest way is to remove the DVD drive; you can find videos on how to remove it on You Tube. Your drive may be a different manufacturer or version if compared with another Toshiba PSLB8U.

My laptop does'nt work in normal mode but its working on safemode.thus anybody can help me how to enable a sound on safemode? thanks in advance for those who have idea

"Safe mode" is really a diagnostic mode. "doesn't work" means what? Depending on what the problem is, we may be able to fix it. Please describe exactly what you mean by "doesn't work". Screen blank? Keyboard not responsive?
You can try setting the screen resolution to 640 by 480 while in safe mode, and see if that gets you someplace when you go into normal mode.

Toshiba Satellite L305-S5894 (PSLB8U-023003 Motherborad Driver

Motherboards don't have a driver per say. They do have something called a BIOS.

Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "ToshibaSupport" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operatingsystem when requested. Download and install the BIOS drivers. This is called Flashing the BIOS

I need sound drivers for my Toshiba laptop Satellite L300 PSLB8U

I think you gave us the wrong model number, there are too many letters/numbers in the second series. I am going to guess this is the one you have Toshiba Laptop Satellite L300 - ST2105. Even if this isnt the right model number, the sound drivers will work on more than one model.

Toshiba Satellite Touchpad not working

Restore the defaults in the BIOS to begin with, this will make sure its not a setting in there that is disabling the mousepad.

Then in windows see if the touchpad is working. If not then take the keyboard out with the power turned off.

When you take the keyboard out you will see the ribbon cable that comes from underneath the touchpad. disconnect it from the motherboard and reseat it firmly back in. Then turn back on the motherboard and see if the mousepad works. If it still doesn't then try the shortcut key to enable it.

If it does't enable then that means its either going to be a mousepad problem where you would have to replace the top cover assembly or a motherboard problem cause it could be where the voltage required to run that mousepad is missing.
