Problem for Agfa SnapScan Touch Flatbed Scanner
Is snapscan touch compatable with vista?

I have installed a snapscan touch scanner on my vista laptop. the install was not a problem. I've tried to use the scanner, and the icon won't open, is this old scanner compatible with a vista computer program? Do I need to download another driver or two? Can you make a suggestion?

This is from AGFA website.
They do not support vista.
Support scanners and digital cameras and digital cameras Agfa discontinued its DTP scanner product line Agfa discontinued its DTP scanner product line (SnapScan, DuoScan, Horizon and Arcus range) and digital cameras (ePhoto, ActionCam, StudioCam) at the end of 2001.
Driver & software downloads as well as manuals for Windows (95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP not for every model!) and Mac platforms MAC (Classic, Classic, OS X not for every model!) remain available on this webpage. Agfa does not provide any further support.
