i have a ddx512 and i unhooked the battery to install my power wire for my amp and plugged it back in and now it wants an acess code.it was installed at best buy and they have no code they can give me because they did not have to enter a code

contact kenwood... they charge $50.00 plus shipping to unlock it. You will have to show proof of purchase.
