Buell's don't have driving lights. They have Headlights. Changing the headlights is pretty difficult and should be handled by a trained professional. you could catch your bike on fire if you do something wrong.

The spark plugs may be fouled. They often will fire when outside the motor, but will not fire when installed. Replace the plugs, inspect the plug wires for damage, and try again.

clutches are to far worn or adjustment is needed . if you adjust do it
a turn and check, if needed ? do it some more. until clutch feels right . if it is to far gone it wont last long even with adjustment.

this is because there wil some connections which is getting short circuited. so for this you have to check full wiring system and trace the full wiring system.

That is the fuel pump doing its job of pumping. If it stops making noise, it stopped pumping, and no gas is getting into your motor. Your bike will not run without a running fuel pump. :)

disconnect fuel line from bottom of tank and allow to drain

Remove the front fender and wheel, this should let you know if one or both are seized up. you may have bent a tube causing it to bind, or perhaps the spring collasped. Once you determine if it is one or both, you can tear down the offending side and repair or replace as needed.

Nope - the split ring is what goes in between the flance and the lip on the header. Your old one might be rusted away - why else would you need to change it?
