Printing problem

Hi there, i am using my sony DPP-FP50 printer for the first time and everytime i print a photo i have a white line through the middle of the photo. How can i stop this thanks falsify.

you may have a faulty Thermal element, sounds like a cold spot in the middle of the print head is messing up your photo.

If this is in warranty or is new get them to replace it
