That water is from the melting frost of the automatic defrost cycle. Their is drain in the freezer behind the back wall under the evaperator coil that is blocked, so instead of defrost water draining it's pooling in the freezer or in some case espically on models with the freezer on the top,the water is leaking from the freezer vents into the fresh food compartment. The way to clear the drain is remove back plate and remove all ice build up and GENTLY make a small hole in drain through then totally flush w/warm water. The exact location of drain is under the coil behind back freezer plate in the center
The tube you are looking for is hidden. You will need to unload the freezer, take the shelves out and then the panel from behind the shelves off. You will see the cooling coils, just below them is a pan with a hole about the size of a dime in the center of it. Use hot water and a turkey baster or small hose with hot water to flush it clear. See the link here for more details and let me know if this helps.
condensation with collect on any shinny surface, have you put uncovered food in the fridge or left the door open, refilled the fridge with food from the mall, especially veg,or is it very humid at this time.also check door seals for fit all round as an air leak will not help.
there is a drain under the coils in the freezer. it is frozen and the water has no place to go. hairdryer and a lot of patience. a hairdryer can melt a freezer /warning.
