I cleaned wireless keyboard with a spray cleaner and now it chirps all the time a\nd makes//// everywhere and won't make foreign accents. I obviousl screwed it up by trying to clean it. What now? Thanks!
Hi there. You will need to replace the keyboard now as the spray has damaged the circuitry membrane. A standard USB keyboard will do for now but you will need an Apple Mac one soon. When you get your new one and when you come to clean it use a clean damp cloth or a clean, dry soft paintbrush and clean it while you stand it on its side.

The left "command" key stopped working on my 2 year old wireless Apple keyboard. Can it be fixed or do I need to replace the keyboard?

I've had it for a year. I got a discount because it had been returned once. Worked like a charm for over a year. Then all of a sudden, it just stopped working. Weird thing is, the computer detects it, tells me it has good batteries, the green light turns on when you press, but none of the keys work (the Caps Lock key doesn't light up). ...It seems to coincide with my efforts to use accessibility features to get the Mac to read a website to me (couldn't get it to work). But I can still plug in a generic keyboard through USB and type ok.
