Dear asker, you can find a maual for the board here:
http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Downloads/ProductsDetail_Download.aspx?detailid=24&DetailName=Manual&DetailDesc=L4S5M/DX%20%20%20(V3.02)&CategoryID=1&MenuID=82&LanID=0

if you dont want to read, it is at the left of the battery , marked as jp1. usually the 1-2 pins are the normal operation, 2-3 pins to clear. Please notice that no power supply needs to be connected to the computer at he time of clear!

Bios clear takes abaut a half minute, then restore the jumper and power on the computer.
