I have the same drive and now have repalced the drive with a new unit from Quantum under warrenty but again it ahs a stucj tape, the tapes are Quantum S$ 800 - 1.6 TB tapes but when loading it has got stuck again in the drive, I have pictures of the removal process as I cant find another way of sorting, but does anyone have a answer to why they keep getting stuck? are the tapes faulty or the drives troublesome?

usually a reboot gets it out...hit eject button BEFORE windows starts up...I've seen some get stuck forever...
Good luck.
