I am getting black streaks on the page and it is leaking toner all over inside the machine toward the far end.

you mast to tell correct the problem? were is it tooke part? and the tipe of the copier//its nessesory to know

-   As a result, the copier will turn on but will not allow any copies to be made. I thought I needed a new drum (black lines on copies I had made). Are the two problems related? My used toner bottle doesn't seem to be aligned with the chute that dispenses the used toner into the bottle. I have tried to line it up but can't get it to do so. Please help.-   Guest

I was told that the drum needs replacing. If this is the case, all I need is the roller, which is not expensive, but I can't see any way to get the roller out.
