Problem for Sony KV-27S66 27" TV

Tv blinks twice

no power or sound tv blinks two times continuously,this error code is suppose to mean B+ over current protection, the unit goes into standby mode then displays two blinks they say it could be a short in any of the power supplies ...i ran some checks and came up empty could someone point me in the right direction.
