Recently moved to a new office. Copier now has the two black lines down the center, one thin line about 1 inclh from the left edge. What might be the cause of this problem? Is it something that might be resolved by the local fix-it shop in lieu of transporting it 50 miles to be repaired?

Do the lines appear when making copies from the glass or when using the document feeder. If you are printing to the copier (from PC) do the lines still show up?
