Jaguar xj-sc the electronic speedometer has stopped working

The car is an 1986 3.6 model with the electronic speedometer fitted, I was driving the other day and it stopped working, I have checked the fuse and thier is power on either side of the fuse holder (Passenger side) the wires are also still attached at the gearbox take off point. What else can I check

Abs fault light, engine management light, parkbrake fault (won't go off) DSC fault light, air suspension fault, 2003 Jaguar 3.5 SC V8, ah also discovered water ingress in boot, quite a lot!!, only fault...
try disconnecting the battery both leads and join them together for 5 mins and see what happens cannot find this fault code in teh jaguar OBD codes so consult with teh code reader manufacturers

car on ramp or jacked up high remove r clips from retaining pins remove pins pull out pads slowley push in onecaliper piston clean houseing lubricate new pad on back with copaslip fit pad do same with other pad then clean and fit retaining pins and r clips do same with other side pump up brake pedal
