I am receiving an error c:32:11 and my Lcd is blue when swicted to camera mode

We have a DCR HC30, which is about three years old. Recently, after recording on the tape, we took out the tape and put in a new one. The tape won't go back in and the cover will not close. The error code C:32:11 flashes and suggests to reattach the power source. Several attempts with this solution have not produced any results.

SOURCE: Door Jam

Take the battery out and turn selection switch to camera and then turn it off. Put the battery back in and its working again.
if that doesn't work try
Try smacking the side of the camera relatively hard with the palm of your hand. Eject the tape and reinsert. You may need to do this a couple of times.

SOURCE: my sony handycam dcr-hc26 door won't close

Hi,
Remove battery/ power source from camcorder for minute, reattach battery/ power source and close the tape door.
If that does not solve problem then I'm afraid, tape mechanism got defective and will be replaced.
Let me know if you need tape mechanism part number info.
Thanks.

I have a Sony Handycam DCR-HC-48 and the tape door won't close along with a 32.11 error code.....HELP

Try these steps:

1. Open the tape cover fully until it clicks open.
2. Turn the camcorder on to "VCR Mode."
3. With the cover still open and the camera in "VCR mode," take out the battery.
4. Put the battery back in--out should pop your tape.

Check eject lever near battery, press it downward to open tape compartment, take out old tape and put new tape, close tape door and let it go inside by itself. Close tape compartment.

Below image will help you to locate eject button/ lever in DCR-HC18E camcorder.

Dear Jessie,
Have you deattached battery of camcorder and reattached it? Please do it. Hope problem will be fixed. And if not, you should go to nearest Sony service shop because it seems hardware problem.
