Question about GE 25932 Cordless Phone
To solve the register problem.... Put each phone for 20 seconds or so in the main base. I had the same issue, and resolved it this way.

You should be able to just set the phone in the base (Charger) for 30 seconds and it should register itself.

Can't solve your specific problem but you can find a manual for your phone at www.ge.com/phones. Just type 'manuals' in the search box and you will get a page where you search for your phone model.
