Noise on the Input

The output from the card has noise,but now the input also started generating noise.
I'm using an AMD Athlon 2600+ with 1GB Ram.
The card sound great,except for these problems that keep coming up.
Anybody out there that can help me.
Re installed the drivers. No improvement.

I moved the card to another PCI slot on the board.
Reinstalled the card drivers and it works fine for now.
