Parental Control code stays on TV

Lost power. fussy screan came up. called comcast to send signal. had picture, pushed info on comcast remote and the parental control came up on TV. I cannot get it off. comcast said it is not them.

We had this with loss of power and we have Fios so it may be alittle different but try to go to settings on main menu and scroll down to parental controlls and set up a code then click off option this worked for us . Good luck
