I got a WEP 150 for Christmas, and it paired perfectly with my rather old Ericsson mobile, which is no more. I now have a new Ericsson W810i handset, but it won't pair up. Is there any way of resetting the WEP 150? Or am I missing something? Any help appreciated.
I had no problem setting mine up this way with blackberry pearl. Two weeks later, it wouldn't acknowledge. I kid you not, I must have tried to connect, delete and then add device again for more than 50 times today. After trying several times in am, afternoon and for the past 40 min (doing it correctly everytime), it finally kept the blue light on for more than a few seconds and found device and then acknowledged! I think the button is sensitive and because it is compfortable when working, I'd keep trying until it works or buy a new one/exchange yours, etc.. Good luck.

Please use the following link to access to the user manual of your H720: http://bit.ly/1DyhSmE, on page 5 you can find how to pair the device, if the "failed" message continues, use the instructions on page 13 to reset the device.
The Samsung WEP-150 passkey (or PIN, or pairing code) is '0000' (four zeros).
Please, let me know if you need further clarifications on how to pair your headset with other bluetooth enabled devices.
Be sure the the headset in in 'Pairing' mode. When in pairing mode, the light should be flashing red and blue or have a steady blue.
The put most headsets in pairing mode, turn headset OFF, then hold the power button until it goes into pairing mode as discribed above.
Then you can discover it with your phone or PC. Pin (pass key) should be 0000 (4 Zeros) or try 1111, 1234, 9999
just turn on bluetooth in ur mobile and then turn on ur bluetooth headset by holding the power button for atleast 5 sec and if blinking green light show up it means that it is turned on,if it shows blinking red and green then it is ready to get paired with ur mobile phone so u can straight away connect the bluetooth by selecting handsfree and new device and in the list of divices select hbh608 and get it paired.if it shows a blinking green then hold the volume increase and decrease button at the same time for 5 sec and then the light turns blinking red and green and then u can go to handsfree and new device and select HBH608....its easy try doing that...it workss....
I think i know why your bluetooth goes red then green. It is because your using a wrong charger like different make of the the charger or is it you never use it for a long time so is completely dead and you have to buy a new charger or bluetooth.
Pairing: Press and hold until you see a solid blue light (approximately 8 sec) then release.
Search with your blue tooth phone for a bluetooth device and if finds samsung wep-150.
enter pass key or pin: 0000
