I am using a Toshiba U205-S5057 laptop with Vista. A row of keys that looks like the function keys and some others randomly appears on my desktop at the very top of the screen. It begins with a tab key and goes from F1 through F9 and then a space key. It appears at the top of the screen It appears and disappears if I drag it with the mouse and is very annoying and interferes with reading filenames and using the little boxes that open, close, and minimize and maximize windows. Is there a way to stop this bar from appearing?
