After installing it, Download and install Frozen Throne (Click Stahnout, Enter Code and click Stahnout again)
You will need this file to avoid errors during the game. ClickME ,

If you registered your product with Blizzard when you purchased it, you can go to their website and there should be contact information for their support division. You'll have to get in touch with them and provide them with the necessary information to confirm you were the person that purchased the product.
If you did not register the product with Blizzard you will probably have difficulty in getting a copy of the key.
1. Find out what the IP Address is on your computer and assign it statically
2. Open up the necessary ports in your Windows Firewall if it's enabled
3. Logon to the Wireless Routers web interface
4. Go to the "Application and Gaming" screen of your router
5. Input a name, the port number(s) (note: if only 1 port the start and end number can be the same), leave the protocol as both, type in the static IP of your computer, and check the enable box
6. Save settings
