Every time I try turning my mp3 on, it doesnt work. When I connect the player into my computer (which I have done several times before)it says USB Device not recognized: one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfuntioned and windows did not recognize it. WHAT DO I DO??? i have music and paper files on this USB and i need it to work for school. PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks! yasmin
this just seems to happen. it could be the USB, but most of the time it just seems to be one of the problems sandisks get.
sometimes mine doesn't turn on, just leave it for a minute and come back.
Sandisk has a problem with the drivers of these mp3 players to become corrupt. Nothing that you can really do about it but buy another mp3 player. Sorry to tell you this.
My Sandisk Express is doing the same thing? Anyone?

I had no problem with it for several weeks. One day I just couldn't turn it on any more and my computer didn't recognized it either. I'm really angry 'cause I have lots of important data on it. So if anyone knows the secret for making it work again, please let me know.
