VIADJ MINE IS STUCK ON 'STARTING'. I unplugged it and it still stayed stuck.

check that none of the buttons are stuck in, perhaps use some electronic contact spray to ensure none of the buttons are stuck in.

The pan has to be removed to get to the reset button on mine, I have the same model

If none of the button are working then it could mean that one of the buttons is stuck or there is an issue with the board on the monitor itself.

Unplug the monitor from power and the computer. Make sure none of the buttons are stuck down, plug only power back in to the monitor and see what it shows. Plug it back into the computer and check to see if the problem returns

It sounds like the button is stuck and is overriding all other buttons.

If the button is not stuck, then the monitor is having other issues and is probably going out.

Assuming the button is stuck - Unplug the monitor from power, use isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs to clean around the edges of the button.

Check to see that none of you manual buttons are sticking or stuck, especially INPUT !
If none are stuck and your set is still under warranty please return it.
If not under warranty I would suggest taking to a local service center that is familiar with Insignia.

No there are no fault codes that come up.

sounds like the old stuck button thing. If you wanna take it out of the case maybe you can dislogde the stuck button.
