Programs will not except s/n at promt

I had bought a camera mate at radio shack brought it home installed software it gave me a promt to enter serial # I typed the number off of the hardware software ect. ect. every time it would not exept any #.

and every time I try to capture most of the time my computer freezes

I am most disapointed with this product. the software will not exept S/N # and will not work well with other programs. I also do not like the fact that there is no custumer service information available on packaging unless you are online most hardware suppliers wil have a toll free # to contact someone about a problem
