This is tough to explain by email, however the key is turn ur bike upside down so you can spin the peddles and wheel, on both the front and back durailier sets are 2 grub screws that stop the chain going off the range at each side you should be able to see which on does what by changing the gear to get close to each and and look at the grub screw that is closest to the little pivot lever and when on the top/bottem gear, adjustso it is just touching it, do go too tight to move it or the bike may not engage the outer gears.
Please rank me if this has helped, thanks Andy

Just bought one too. I know it takes regular gas and you can start it with the kickstarter witthout battery. I had mine completely checked out by a local yamaha dealer who were willing to check it for me. They replaced the battery for me and it is running very well now. I had it inspected today, got the plate and is now officially "street legal"
Good Luck!

The down tube of the bike goes into the orange padded grips. The longer black hook goes around the seat tube.
