Although the yellow drum is indicated, in the link above, please note it may not be the yellow drum if instead it is the:"laser shutter or the plastic actuator on the right side of the front door."
I'm trying to connect to our network printer (Konica Minolta) but with no success....I'm then getting an error saying that the "*.INF file is needed"....I don't know what to do further.
Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Event Manager
Windows 10 in startup apps go to Administrative Tools / Event Manager
Right Click start menu click event Viewer
once there look to left and expand WIndows Logs Click on Applications and wait for them to load See my pictures i found an error then I clicked on it and it told me what app.
If you don't have event viewer turned on you won't get anything. Then just google turn on event viewer your OS = (winodws 10, Windows 8 etc. turn it on reboot once the error occurs it is recorded go to event viewer and see results.
I checked 5 different printers and couldn't find a 50.90 error code.
Since you keep the printer model a secret I haven't got the foggiest idea
as to what the error code means, except that it is a fuser error of some kind.
And getting back to your question, If I don't know what kind of printer you have
I can't tell you how to change the fuse(r).
what are facing is a problem caused by a virus that either destroys files that support .exe applications to run or it replaces which makes your machine unstable. my first solution to you is to repair your operating system using the operating system cd. secondly, if that doesn't work please try installing a second os on your system and then you do a dual booting. u then delete the folder of the previous os. if that does not work u backup ur files and then you format ur system with a new os
I don't know the meaning of the code directly, but I got around it by setting up MAC filtering on my router (you go into your router's settings, get your DSi's MAC address, which you can get if you go into the system information, and add it to your router.
If the error light is flashing: Check the front door and the fuser door to be sure that they are closed. Also check for any jam including the duplex section. Make sure there is not a sensor flag stuck in the down position. This can indicate memory full, print overrun, size error DX or duplex disabled.
If the error light is not flashing: it can mean there is no paper in tray 1 or the machine may be asking for you to put paper in the multi purpose tray.
