Question about SanDisk Sansa E280 MP3 Player
Unscrew the back and take the battery out. Wait like 2 minutes then put the battery back in and turn it on ... it should work.

Yes, the screen is defective, no way to replace it, see here: http://www.fixxmaster.com/repair/e260.htm return to the store asap if you still have warranty left
