The iron is getting hot but when you press the steam button it makes the noise as if there is a air bubble but this doesd not go and no steam is produced. The raindrop sign is flashing! Tried changing water filter etc but still no steam just the noise when you press the button! We have recently moved and cannot find the instructions!!!
Same with mine! What you have to do is keep taking the water cannister off and pushing back on until its lined up correctley. Also have the whole unit at the same height as the ironing board, that should do it! Can you help with filters? I cant find them anywhere.

Thanks for using FixYa. Please check the hose from the pump
to the heating element is not filthy or corroding inside and blocking the inlet
hose. You’ll need to remove the hose and clear all the debris to avoid further
damage. The other possibility might be de-scaling. To do this fill the water
container and plug it in. Now put the base on the kitchen shelf, hold the iron
near the floor and press and hold the steam button and vice versa several time.
Now switch it off and then on after two minutes and the Steam Glide will start
functioning normally and will produce steam.

it was working fine then jut stopped so I changed the filter. when I press for steam it keeps beepng
