I don' t know if this problem has been solved since...
In another similar occasion with my Epson Stylus D78 all I did again was to let the job done by my Mac (operating under OSX Version 10.9.4 dubbed "Mavericks" - I presume under Windows it works similarly- ). It searches , downloads , and invites one to install the driver of the printer. Then use "printer utility" and clean nozzles, and others functions ( print test pages , etc..) .
Of course, one can do similar tasks right on the printer, such as pressing over more than a few minutes various buttons on the printers ( couleur , page button etc..).
Do it randomly !yes, one learns and it works!
if manuel is lost or google for manual.
Hope it helps.
Get out your manual on the Epson and follow the directions for installation carefully. If the doesn't work, you've got a lemon. Take it back to the store for an exchange. Jim Hart
Hi, Go to the Epson web site and enter your product i.e. Epson D78 ect. from the dropdown list. When the next page appeares go to Software. The page after that will highlight YOUR printer software and driver.Download this to your desktop then install.Reboot your pc and turn your printer ON. This should do the trick. Good luck!
Did you try to search on the web site like google... If not try putting your pinter name and number(epson pinters stylus D78+drivers)...... And try to down load them
