Dont now how to put music videos on my mp4?

If you want to put your videos in a media player (such as mp4, ipod video, etc.), first you will have to convert your videos in a format (ex: .mp3 at the end of the file name is a music format, .mp4 and .wmv are video formats) that your video player recognize and will be able to read. Generally formats recognized by pocket video player are .mp4, .mpeg4 and .asf but it change in function of your model
To convert your videos you will need a software called a video converter. Sometimes a CD coming with your mp4 includes this software, but unfortunatly not always...

you dont give me enough information

you need to download an Mp4 converter , just search for whatever format it is in to mp4 in google and you'll get a software to convert it. then you can put them on your mp4

this is a mp3 player mp4 players like a ipod are meant for videos. Mp3 is for music.Sorry but it is not possible to put videos on your player

i am unable to watch the video file on my mp4 player what would the problem i dont know can you solve it please

Its in the wrong format then make sure its in AVC or MPEG4 MP4 formats dont work even though it says they do

i think you should convert the music video into a DVD format with a video converter on your pc...then look back and it should work...

the way to download music on this device is complicated.
I only know how to put music on the mp4 player from itunes.

First, you plug in the usb cord to the back of your computer and to the mp4 player.

Next, you go to the start button and hit my computer.

Then, there should be something on the bottom right of the window saying "Removable Disk". hit that and a folder should say music.

If you use itunes then you copy paste songs into the folder.

If not, i'm not exactly sure how to do it. sorry.
