Screen turns white.

I have an 02 xda 11 smartphone. I find my screen turns white when I switch the monitor on and off alongwith it the entire screen shakes. Even when I make a call to someone I find the receiver of my phone gives in some crackling noise. Can any one help?

I have the same problem.
