Not able to make outgoing calls.

I BUY ZH&K PHONE MODEL Z101 MY QUESTION IS HOW TO OFF THE "FLIGHT MODE", BECAUSE I CANNOT MAKE A CALL & INCOMING OUTGOING TEXT..

u should factory settings restore if problem still on so change ur fone from reliance outlet

There is a possibility that the phone is still recognizing the Bluetooth earpiece and it's interfering with the phone's operation.

Once you pair up two Bluetooth devices, they would remain paired up regardless if the devices are turned ON or OFF. You need to enable the Bluetooth of your BlackBerry and find the way on how to unpair the earpiece.

Once it's unpaired, remove the battery from the phone while the phone is turned ON. Leave it for 5 minutes and then put the battery back and turn the phone back on.

If the problem still occurs, then you might want to contact BlackBerry to check some other settings.

This guide shows you how to turn off this irritating Flight Prompt:---------------------------

1. In the Menu screen click on Settings
2. In the Settings screen make sure the General tab is selected at the top then scroll down and click on Flight mode
3. In the Flight mode screen the Show at start-up option is selected. Click on Don't show to change this

The next time you restart your phone you won't be prompted to choose between Phone or Flight mode. To bring back the prompt return to Settings - General - Flight mode and change the option back to Show at start-up.

Sir I have SIGMATEL T99/S90 mobile. Accidently its flight mode has been activated.
Now I am unable to make any call. Menu button is not working while shortcut keys are
working properly. I am unable to bring my phone to normal mode. Please help me

the solution was that the flight mode turns off when the phone is turned off.. when yu turn the phone back on you have the option of selecting for flight mode or not.

this is a bug in the windows version either you install a new windows 2003 CE
or try to get the last windows updates from club i-mate site ,
this will fix this bug problem
and you cannot recieve any call because the flight mode disable the phone so u can't register your phone on the network

Try changing what frequency the phone runs on. That might correct your problem. You can find the setting in the same menu as you would find what network youre connected to.
