I have installed Cyberlink Power2Go and every time I open the program,
it says "no burner is currently available or you don't have rights to
access the burner". I have read a similar thread saying that in order
to solve this problem, I'd have to delete the upper and lower filters.
The problem is I don't have those in my regedit so that does not seem
to be the problem.
i've already uninstalled all the other burning softwares.. the only software i have now is cyberlink's power2go..
if i insert a blank CD, it won't detect it.. it would say 'please enter a disc into drive E'.
My OS is microsoft windows vista home premium service pack 1.
as i've said, every time i open the power2go software, it would say
that No burner is currently available or you don't have rights to
access the burner and i can't burn anything after that.
here's my optical drive properties.. thanks..

-   A lot of applications don't allow writing anything using the driver because mostly it's not supported. Currently I'm using ImgBurn which does detect my drive but a lot of times a lot of DVD-R and RW's are not detected.
It is getting extremely frustrating.

I was going to burn a new dvd disk on my Sony DVD player on my PC, I put a new disk in, however, it doesn't burn. There is a small light blinks all the time and I can't open a DVD device to change and try another disk. What do I do next?
