It will be best to use a new genuine T'Con board, rather than a used or repaired one. Contact the authorized service center for LG, to buy it genuine T'Con board. Usually, there is no other adjustments should be done when replacing the T'Con board, provided, with its genuine T'Con. The comes to it price. T'Con board will cost according to brand to brand. A problem with modern flat screen tv's is the power supply capacitors.they dry out and cause various problems , like stuck in stand by, slow to come on, etc. You can spot them usually ( they bulge out and deform) but really I dont recommend this job unless you have had experience in soldering. It could be a loose connection in the power supply though. Hope this helps pete
They may have missed out the power supply circuit. There may be loose solders or bad parts. You may have eliminated other parts which may have caused the problem when the service center replaced the parts. Inspect those that you still have remaining for leaking capacitors, loose parts or loose solders.
