Battery went dead alpine cd stop working

a few times i leave my truck park for couple a days wen i come back battery is dead jump the truck everything was fine one day player stop working i try resetting it nothing happen its a 2002 alpine cda 7893 man i like the it sounds great ido not want rid of it .

Sometimes when you jump off a truck the CD player fuse will blow because it was trying to turn on each time you turned over the engine. Check all the fuses.
