No power I am not getting no power to my PCV-705. It was working and I put it up for about a month now it will not come on at all.

The 703 has bore sizes of 3 1/2 and 1 7/8 inch with a 3 1/2 inch stroke, the 705 has bore sizes of 4 1/2 and 2 1/8 inch and stroke of 3 1/2 inches. I am also sending you a link to the cut sheets for each pump. How they determine that a 705 is used for 3 H.P. is to turn the pump at 540 rpm and at 5 H.P. it is turning at 845 rpm. this all depends on motor rpm and motor pulley diameter to get the correct ratio of rpm and horse power at the pump.

The 705 comes in multiple versions from basic that will give you heart rate to a team garmin version that has the cadence, speed, calories, etc. As for power meters the 705 is 3rd party compatible to show you watt measurements.
The following third-party ANT+Sport-enabled power meters are compatible with the Edge 705:

• iBike
• PowerTap
• Quark
• SRM

704/705 will not power up at all without a bettery that has a little charge. If these batteries are not used they have a tendancy to die. you could try charging it on a DVR for a few days. then when you disconnect it from the DVR immediatly connect it to a DC charger and your lights should then work. Either way I would consider id a warranty claim.

I have exact same problem. It has been working for 5-6 months but suddenly on one trip it now reads app. 280 meters too high elavation

They have a warrenty button, I would probably try that first, otherwise you might try a radioshack to see if you can find a generic adapter. Hope this helps.

most of them should work as long as the outer section is negative and the inner section is positive.
