Problem for BenQ Scan to Web 4300U Flatbed Scanner
Scanner not found
I have a benq scanner, and office xp on my pc.
I didn't have any problem using the scanner with 'mirascan' driver for a long time.
yesterday I connected the scanner, the system recognized him as a scanner but where I tried to open mirascan,
it showed this error: scanner not found.
I tried to reinstall the driver but it didn't help
What should I do?

- MiraScan 3300U scanner, v4.01 driver loaded from CD, scanner not found error. it will work if i specify to use the XP default settings for a flatbed scanner but then it only scans to the B5 limt, not the whole A4 size.... i suppose B5 is better than nothing! - jkfordePopular Solutions for BenQ Scan to Web 4300U Flatbed
