HP 8250 printer w/ duplexing accessory does not do

HP 8250 printer w/ duplexing accessory does not do the "Flip" correctly. It always orients the back side upside-down with respect to the front side (i.e. "flips up") even though I have not checked the "Flip Up" preference. It always worked right w/ XP. Started after re-installing on new Vista PC. HP NO HELP except to have me uninstall/reinstall the driver about 50 times w/ same result.
