My coffee pot is leaking water out the bot...

looking at the bottom of the cannister, you will see a stainless steel plate about 3 inches in diameter,, 6 screws hold it in place.. check the screws to make sure they are tight.. tork them down equally.. If that does not stop leak.. check to see if there is debris in the spout.. it simply pushes up to let the coffee out..a rubber washer acts as the stopper. clean it as best you can with qtip.

that would be the plastic valve at the back of the water container,they break as they are made of flimsy plastic
