Question about Rosewill 19" 12MS DVI R911E LCD Monitor

Open Question

Mr Rosewill R911e will not display red. Blue and yellow display fine. No red pixels at all. Downloaded latest drivers, changes and tried all possible settings - resolution, hertz, NVIDIA control panel options, everything. It used to work fine, started flickering over the last several weeks, not no red.

Hello. The red dots or pixels are due to your video card being overused and/or heating. Try updating to the latest drivers for your video card. You can find the latest drivers for your computer here: http://goo.gl/DJrDK

I have a samsung nc10, just downloaded blackberry desktop manager, tried syncronising my media and an error message came up stating "change the screen resolution to 1024 x 768 pixels or higher". This...

Every monitor and TFT's have maximum limit of changing resolutions, and if your laptop not support more than 1024 x 600 then it is not possible to change it for more high, it can be the problem of your video driver, first you should reduce your refresh rate to minimum, then see that it shows the resolution of above 1025x600 or not. If it is not shows then you have to download latest video driver for your laptop. Go to RUN type DXDIAG and click on Display tab you will see what your chipset is..then go to Intel.com then download a video driver of your required chipset then try. Good Luck
Hope the problem will solve..

A fine green vertical line displayed on the Sony Bravia 46.

Thats a pixel data problem, there's no data being sent to that row of pixels so they don't change color. This is a pixel address registry (PAR) issue and the PAR circuits need to be serviced its usually due to open or shorted SMT components on the PAR circuits. PAR also sends data, voltage, and control to each pixel, the green line you see are pixels that have voltage but because there's no data sent too them their all green because there's no control. If the pixels have voltage but no data or control they show up as green red, blue, yellow, or whit line vertically down the LCD panel. The vertical-horizontal section of PAR are controlled by 16 to 32 bit micro-controllers which may need replacing. If its under warranty take it back if not have your local repair center fix the tv for you...

Lcd tv with wrong color on one pixel

LCD screens occasionally have what are called "Stuck pixels". There is a tutorial in wikihow which might help you out here:

Try that and see if it helps. Stuck pixels are actually a slighty common problem.

Hi receiving input not supported

This message shows that you are not setting the resolution correctly.

When you are in Windows, click on - Control panel - Display - Setting - Screen Resolution (set yo 1280 x 1024). then click ok.

Your floating box will gone.

I got the same problem and got the solution from rma@rosewill.com.

Hope this will help you.

Sharp Actius AL27 pixel problems

From what you described, it seems as though your LCD panel is going bad or the inverter board is bad. Does it change colors if you were to reposition (tilt) the LCD back and forth in either direction?
