Ricoh 5125a dvd+r/rw how to burn iso ?

hey guys i cant burn an iso to a dvd for sum reason it says the disc is not
big enough? its blank and the iso is only 1 gig or so, ive tried using primo
dvd but it wont detect my burner, i dl'd the pxupdate which supposedly
supports the burner but no go, record now max doesnt either
sum1 help me plzzzzzzzz

Are you sure the blank disk is a DVD+R disk and not a DVD-R disk ?
