Hi, yeah I noticed that it took you too a ftp site. There are no new updates or old bios files for the FIC P4M-915PD1 throught FIC. They do not list bios files on their web site anymore. There is a link but it goes no where. Tried different countrys. Nothing.

So I went after you're chipset, which is an Intel. At this link.

Intel's link will not load the bios link. You're board is still an Intel & should be compatible with any Intel board with the 915 series chipset but it is not. After running a comparison with other boards as shown below. You're board was made for FIC. As a member of Driverguid I found nothing & also check every user who suggested a site for you as well. Nothing! Tried softpedia, nothing.

Not enough to support you're board.
Sorry, but it may be a good idea to find a board that will handel you're parts.

Do you hear any beeps at all? Do you have a system speaker on the motherboard? If not, plug a 2-pin system speakers onto the motherboard where it says "speaker" and listen for some beeps. You may have a fried CPU or dodgy RAM on your hands. Possibly even a faulty AGP/PCI-E slot, to name a few.
