Path of Hercules games, I stuck on level because of a flaw in the game. What do I do?

Gain Complete Achievement

A golden level sign is a badge of honor showing the player they have completed an in-game level to the highest completion standard. It is a graphic that sits above the level select graphic. To have the golden level complete sign hang over every game level, players must collect every available item and rescue every prisoner in the level during one play through. A good tip is to use the x-ray scan card to more easily find all the prisoners and collectibles.

All Boss Cards

The way to achieve a boss card is to destroy the boss the player is fighting as quickly as possible. If the player defeats the boss quickly, a onscreen message will pop up informing the player they succeeded in getting a boss card for that boss.

The best way to do this is to make sure the in-game character is equipped with lots of grenades and a special weapon. On the fourth boss, use the flame shot. Try to use the Metal Slug if applicable. Players can use the Metal Slug for the second, third and final bosses.

Unlock the Extra Dungeon Mission

During the fifth mission, collect the dungeon card. The card is located in level five, section three. In Metal Slug Advance, players can take different paths to the end of a level. To achieve the dungeon card, take the top path directly after the first playable screen of level five, section three. Then, take the top path again at the next opportunity to choose a path. This is a dead end. Kill any existing enemies at the dead end and pick up the dungeon card collectible. Head back towards the previous screen and finish the level. Once the player has completed the fifth mission and collected the dungeon card during play, exit to the mission select screen. In the upper left hand corner will be a selectable extra mission called "Dungeon."

First Solution:-

1. If you have copied a particular game's folder to the external drive, go to Start menu > Programs.
2. Right click on the file name of the game.
3. Click on "Properties"
4. Go to "shortcut" page and change the "Target" path directing the EXE file to the folder in the external drive where you have copy-pasted the your game.
5. Click on "Apply" and "OK".
6. Now, try to start the game, and you should be able to play.

An alternate solution is given below.

In both the cases (internet game / purchased games):-
1. First plug in the external hard drive to your computer.
2. You will have to run the installation file of the game (both purchased and internet download) and select the folder path directing it to the external hard drive.
3. For some games, you may have to uninstall the existing game first to re-install and select the desire folder path (external drive).
4. Games will be installed in external drive and also available in start menu > programs > "your game".

There isnt a different path all the time

(1) then move up one (2) then up one again (3). Take the path left and down and pick that mushroom (4) move to the left and up (5) then down left again another mushroom (6). Take the up and slightly right path from this mushroom (7) then the right path up again (8) then down towards right (9) only one way to go up (10) and up again (11) turn left (12) then take the only path slightly down and left (13). Up (14) only one way to go (15) down (16) down to the right (17) down again (18) up and home (19) 20 if you count the first one at the start.

Well if you have played the original Super Mario Bros. on NES, then you'll know that the last level has a certain secret path, only crossing which will let you advance further in the level. Same with NSMB, in the last level in the Bowser's castle, just because you encounter Bowser, there is a secret hidden path which you have to cross in the correct manner. Ah, I did this too when playing this game.
Trying to rush through it so fast and all.
Nice how Mario can move along so fast in this game.

The key to accessing level 1-3 is to enter the bottom pipe at the end of 1-2.
The path below on the map only opens when you enter the pipe behind and technicly above the first one at the end.
So instead of reaching up to the top of the stage and running along the top of the screen, just ease the teetering platform down a bit and run below the ceiling and to the vertical pipe at the end.
The original path should open up to 1-3.

go to the zoomy river and swim to the north east and youll see him on a big island (boge crocs) and climb up he will talk about stuff ( i won't tell) and there will be a flash back

install the game and when it gets to the install on C:\nancy drew click browse and choose program files then install there the game will then run but requires the cd to be in the drive

When you get to the mid-level point, there are two rows of bricks and two jumping turtles. The top row question mark holds a mushroom to make you mid-size. Knock out the brick to the left of this. Then go down to the bottom row and the middle brick (directly below the above hole) holds a vine. Hit the brick to make the vine grow and climb up.

Once you are up in the clouds, jump on the mushroom. Be careful not to fall off. Ride the mushroom past the gold coin, keep going and there is a secret pipe. Jump up and go up the pipe. This will get you past world 7-6.
