You probably have the lock enguaged. Press the lock button on the wall control for four seconds to turn lock off

Release the carriage from the garage door and try it again if u see the carriage is moving so ur garage door might be stuck... if u see no movement in the carriage trolley u have to be sure that the sensors are correctly aligned and both leds on... check the plastic gear assembly inside the motor might be damaged and needs replacement... :) good luck
