Question about Kenmore 54602 / 54604 / 54609 Side by Side Refrigerator
Ice cubes hang up in out let. Some time a ice cube will fall out on the floor after use. are ice cubes to large?
I note your comment not helpful, however there is no cube size adjustment, and the the auger motor that dispences the ice switches off immediatly you remove the container from the ice shute, the flap then stays open for a further three seconds to allow any ramining ice to fall, the only other source of a problem could be the ice bin but this would be extremely unusual, I work on these units daily and can assure you that there can be no other fault. Problem is due to ice flap closing too quickly, depending on model some have a delay before flap closes, ice should stop falling 3 seconds before flap closes. Regards Advisor
