First- remove the fan blades, next around the canopy there are three screws. remove these and the canopy will drop down. the fan will be hanging on a semi round ball in the mounting bracket. the circuit board should be accessible above the bracket.

I have a Hiteker TL50Z10AH-TP. The picture is dark on half of screen. Could you tell me what is causing this issue, and if there is anything I can do to fix this

back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis. To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

How do you remove and replace Eurocave performance control board Eurocave 283

The control panel is held up by two hidden screws (that are not removed) that slide into slots of the top front of the panel and 2 removable Philips screws at the back of the control panel which hold up both the controls and circulation fan.

Unplug the unit. Open the door, remove both chrome screws in the ceiling behind the control panel and put them where you can reach them.
While holding up the fan assembly, slide the control panel forward. It may bind a bit so work it forward carefully to prevent scratching the black finish.
As you pull it forward the fan will want to drop down, so once the control panel has moved forward enough to clear the fan panel (about 1/2") you can insert the screws and finger tighten them to hold up the fan as you remove the panel.

Label the wires before unplugging as they are not all individually keyed and look very similar. Note any unused connectors. You need to unplug the large black power connector, black wire for fan connector, and a white temperature sensor wire(s) before removing the panel. You can leave connected the white wires for lights, display and local humidistat that are part of the panel until the panel is removed.

The power supply board and display board are mounted to the control panel assembly with screws and connected by a ribbon cable and wires. Label any remaining connectors and wires before removing the circuit cards. I think the ribbon cable is only removable on the display board and permanently attached to the power supply board. There are replacement parts available from as well as 3rd party Eurocave circuit card repair services you can find on the internet.

When reassembling follow the opposite order and note the fan panel mounts ABOVE the control panel on the ceiling of the unit. Gently slide the control panel into backwards into place lining up the slots onto the fixed 2 screws while holding up the fan panel and then install the 2 screws behind it to hold both in place.

How to change the power supply in a KDL-37XBR6

The repair / replacement procedure is not extremely difficult if you have some basic electrical safety knowledge and some basic electronics / mechanical repair skills.

You will need to unplug the power cord from the unit, lay the TV screen side down on something soft and flat like a bed if necessary, and then remove the rear access panel or the entire rear cover as required in order to access the circuit boards inside.

When you remove the rear cover and access the circuit boards inside, just check the part number that is printed right on your circuit board and confirm that it exactly matches the one provided in the online listing or the replacement part you have. Also make sure that any part you order is labelled "TESTED WORKING" in the condition description. Any part with a condition description of "AS IS" is probably faulty itself as well.

Then unclip and remove the various electrical wire connectors leading to the power supply circuit board. Then remove the screws securing the circuit board to the TV frame and then remove the power supply circuit board. Be sure to avoid touching any large capacitors on the circuit board which can retain a nasty charge even after the unit is unplugged.

Then just screw in the new circuit board and connect all the wire bundles to their appropriate connectors on the new circuit board and then replace the rear cover. Then plug in the power cord and test.

I can't tell from the manual if this particular model has the smaller removable access panel on the back or not. If it does, you will see a few screws around a removeable center section of the rear plastic enclosure. Just remove these screws and the smaller plastic panel should unhook and come off allowing you to access the main circuit boards inside.

Otherwise you will have to remove the entire rear plastic enclosure. This is not exceptionally difficult, it just means you will have to remove many more screws. There will likely be over a dozen small philips head screws all around the perimeter of the rear enclosure holding it to the TV frame. Depending on your setup it may be easier to lay the screen side down on a soft flat surface like a bed to do this, but most times this is not necessary. Just be sure not to press too much on the LCD display panel itself or allow it to get scratched / gouged / bent / poked / etc.

Here is a link to a picture of what a generic LCD TV looks like with the rear panel removed revealing the major circuit boards inside:

And here is a link to an interesting Youtube video which shows an LCD TV being disassembled for spare parts harvesting:

Although unlike the video shows, you might want to use a manual hand screwdriver to remove the rear enclosure screws if you do this yourself for the first time.

Here also is a link to the SHOPJIMMY.COM parts supplier website which has all the available replacement parts (circuit boards) for your model of TV:

Just click on the appropriate part number under the POWER SUPPLY section to show a picture of the board as well as details and price. Unfortunately all those different power supply circuit boards appear to be currently OUT OF STOCK there, but you can probably find the one you need elsewhere online or on Ebay by searching for the exact part number listed on your particular circuit board.

Please comment back here to this page if you have any details to add, have any questions, have difficulty accessing the links, or just require further general assistance and I will respond as soon as I see it.

I hope that was helpful to you, good luck and take care.

LCD screen totally white when turn on

The HP is a flat screen monitor used with many desktop computers. When the LCD on your HP monitor goes white, it is an indication that your monitor's inverter board has gone bad. The inverter board is a small circuit board that transfers power from the monitor's main circuit board to the LCD screen. Replacing the inverter board means dismantling the HP monitor.

1. Power down your computer and unplug the HP monitor cable from the back of your desktop. Disconnect the power cable from the back of the monitor. Relocate the monitor to a flat work surface. Place the monitor with the screen facing downward.

2. Remove the Phillips-head screws from the monitor's base stand and from the back cover. Lift the base stand off of the monitor and remove the back cover. Peel away the foil from inside the monitor around the internal circuit board.

3. Locate the inverter board near the bottom of the monitor's casing. Unplug the power cables from either side of the inverter. Loosen the Phillips-head screws from the inverter board. Lift the old inverter out of the monitor's casing and set it aside.

4. Place the new inverter inside the monitor. Replace the Phillips-head screws and fasten it in place. Reconnect the power cables to the connectors on each side of the new inverter. Replace the foil around the outside of the main circuit board.

5. Replace the back panel and base stand, and their retaining Phillips-head screws

I hope you find it very helpful.
Thank you for choosing

The cruise control switch will not engage or set when pushing set button, but the green cruise light is on on the dash.

Check your fuse panels both inside, and outside the vehicle, as well as the connections to the cruise control.

Iwant to know how to install lcd screen

  • Place your cell phone face-down, remove the back cover, remove the battery from its compartment and set it aside.

  • 2

Remove the Phillips-head screws securing the back panel of the phone. This portion of disassembly varies from phone to phone. Some cell phones require that you pry off the back panel with a thin plastic object such as a guitar pick or credit card. Remove the back panel and set it aside.

  • 3

Remove the circuit board. This part of the disassembly process varies from cell phone to cell phone. Most cell phones require that you remove the screws securing the circuit board in place. After the screws are removed, you may be able to completely remove the circuit board, but many phone require that you disconnect one or several ribbon cables connecting the circuit board to the keypad, LCD screen and camera. Lift the circuit board out of the phone and set it aside.

  • 4

Remove the now-exposed LCD screen. You may need to remove a few small Phillips-head screws. Lift the LCD screen out of the cell phone casing and set it aside.

  • 5

Follow this procedure in reverse to install the new LCD screen into your cell phone and re-assemble the cell phone casing.

You absolutely need the magnetron cooling fan to be working, or the magnetron will be destroyed!

It is part # 3511800100 and you can order it for less than $20 here.

    Far less than a magnetron.
