Question about HP Photosmart 3310 Printer
Hi, When printing on both sides (duplex unit installed) the second page is always upside down. i have been through all HP technical supports ideas and nothing works. Can anyone help? The printer is just over 1 year old. I am using Vista and printer has been connected via USB and wireless but it makes no difference. Regards, Chris.

This is a known issue with the KP drivers

I had the same problem with my HP Office Jet 7210 All-In-One Printer. I used the solution provided by Bob Headrick, and it worked great. You can't be scared to use a command prompt, though.

You can correct the "Back side upside down in Vista" issue by applying a patch which you can get by following the instructions here.
