Problems such as yours are difficult to diagnose with the automobile sitting in front of me much less with the tiny amount of information you've provided. That said, my best advice would be for you to find a local mechanic and pay him to look at your car.

if thats the picture of the transmitter to program it you have to : turn the ignition to on position. press and release the programming switch 3 times... press and hold,for 3 seconds, the buttonof the transu wish to add until the parking lights flash. this would mean the transmitter has been learned. repeat step 3 for each transmitter... turn the ignition off to exit the program mode..
do not let 15 seconds pass between steps.
